En ce début d’année, comme il y a des demandes ou questionnements de plusieurs de nos interlocuteurs étrangers et de quelques associations françaises aussi, et comme je fais l’interface, comme on dit, entre les réseaux français et internatio-naux, il me semble important de faire un état des lieux pour essayer d’y voir un peu plus clair dans le compliqué.

Notre pays étonne car d’un côté, nous avons l’un, sinon le, commissaire européen le plus puissant et le plus stratégique quand on lit la liste de toutes ses prérogatives dont 5G/6G, et de l’autre Rivasi, Arazi, Belpomme, Irigaray etc. maintenant connus des militants européens. En plus d’avoir des chercheurs et universitaires de plus en plus nombreux et des journalistes indépendants à critiquer le « Big System » ou « Grande machine » qu’on nous impose par un peu tous les moyens. Il n’est pas certain qu’il y ait une telle effervescence ailleurs, hormis les USA peut-être.

Beaucoup ne comprennent pas la polarisation française sur le Linky. Il faut donc leur expliquer en quoi il en traumatise beaucoup.

Ils ne comprennent pas non plus le tropisme auto-centré hexagonal et la faible ouverture militante à l’international alors que nous avons des personnalités internationales fortes qu’ils connaissent. Sur ce point, hélas, ils ont bien raison, nous sommes bien placés pour le savoir.

Je rappelle que, outre que nous sommes la boîte aux lettres internationales de transmission de Safetech international (STOP 5G), de plusieurs associations européennes ne trouvant pas de relais en France autre que nous, j’assume aussi le relais de Robin des Toits pour l’international, et maintenant d’Arazi, et que je ne pourrais continuer ainsi. C’est épuisant, et je dois ajouter que c’est assez désespérant.

Si les Américains (STOP 5G devenu Safetech, entre quelques autres) ont une vision globale des enjeux, ce n’est pas le cas de pas mal d’Européens (et de beaucoup de Français…). L’arc santé-libertés-écologie autour de la 5G et de son monde est bien au cœur de l’ICE, mais ses membres ont une forte tendance, au fur et à mesure que l’échéance (décevante mais attendue) approche, à se recroqueviller sur la santé, qui ne considère d’ailleurs que les EHS et les maladies graves en négligeant les effets négatifs annexes de l’addiction des enfants et des jeunes. Or nous répétons qu’il s’agit d’un TOUT. Et ce dernier point, sanitaire aussi, s’articule sur le fait sociétal et les libertés.

Enfin, au-delà du boycott de la 5G et des objets connectés, il faut agir et réagir, se défendre. Résister… !

Plusieurs initiatives se dessinent ici et là.

Élargir le boycott selon ses possibilités par des mesures concrètes, personnelles et collectives, est une urgence. Urgence qu’il faut inscrire dans une perspective à long terme : le droit à la déconnexion. Droit imprescriptible, universel. Et ce n’est pas gagné !

Une autre initiative propose de demander un statut d’objecteur numérique. Pour en avoir discuté avec Fabien et Nicolas Bérard, elle nous paraît relever de l’auto-marginalisation, restrictive par rapport au droit universel que nous réclamons. Et elle ne paraît pas devoir vraiment gêner le Pouvoir du Big System, qui déjà nous marginalise de fait. Une poignée de citoyennes et citoyens porteraient donc un brassard ou présenteraient une carte avec un @ barré… à moins d’un QR Code imposé sur un mobile ! Il faudra bien y réfléchir. J’espère surtout qu’elle ne brouillera pas notre demande sur le fond.

About the French electric smartmeter, here is a summary of the situation:

In France, many people have fallen into EHS following the imposition of the LINKY electric smartmeter in their homes. It injects via concentrators in the unshielded domestic electrical circuits, and therefore not intended for that, permanent bursts 24 hours a day several times a minute of power line current (PLC) between 60 and 90 kHz at high doses superimposed on 50 Hz. The LINKYs communicate with each other permanently via the concentrator located on the neighborhood transformer or in the streets. The data communication from all the domestic devices to the data center is done by GSM 2G+ cell phone. For the moment, it seems that there are not too many transmissions per day. The nuisance is therefore, in this case, essentially wired.

Nobody can escape this permanent electromagnetic pollution, including those who do not have the Linky because these pulsed waves circulate on the whole network of the quarter.

This calamity has been imposed on us by the French state. However, the introduction of a connected object without the consent of the person contravenes the fundamentals of French and European rights. And the French State, in perfect hypocrisy, knows it very well: it cannot impose it... except that it charges the single distributor of energy (Enedis) to impose it by giving him the order in the name of the ecological-energetic transition of the "green growth"! This distortion of the law by our State has been recalled by at least three courts including very clearly the Court of Appeal of Bordeaux. Without any consequence!

Our government, in agreement with the European Commission, intends to privatize Enedis, the only part of the former state-owned electricity company (EDF) that can bring in a lot of money for private investors (who have never invested a single euro in the electricity networks!). The taxpayer must assume the very heavy debt of the French nuclear industry in great difficulty. However, electricity, more and more problematic by its bulimia, must remain a common good, apart from any stock exchange speculation.

This smartmeter is of poor technical design, easily hackable, numerically outdated. Its metering system can be faulty (bills have suddenly been multiplied by 10 or 15... or divided by 2 but more rarely). Fires are frequent (x3). It consumes electricity (!) and has a very short lifespan (15 theoretical years for the meters and 10 for the 700 000 concentrators).

It costs a lot of money to the French taxpayers with the manipulation of the cost/benefit ratio (according to the recommendations of the EC) by a private consulting company that was already working for EDF and its subsidiary ERDF (future Enedis), which was clearly shown in a report of the Court of Auditors of our Republic that did not understand its real usefulness for the user, except that he will have to pay the exorbitant cost and that Enedis will benefit financially.

If mayors of small and medium-sized towns have been critical and have demanded freedom of choice for their citizens, big cities have supported Linky for the mirage of smart cities without seeing how this gigantic, reticular, centralized network would weaken them in case of failure or enemy attacks. Better programming for a general blackout?

Worse, a decree of July 2022 authorizes Enedis to transmit the data of unemployed people who would "cheat" on their living practices or address. We start by monitoring job seekers via the Linky... and then what other categories of the population? So Big Brother is already in place in France with his wired electronic eye.

Let's add that this meter does not give its consumption in real time (yet in the specifications of the EC) and that it requires to go on digital platforms that consume energy, however a very small part of the population takes the time to do!

Nearly 4 millions of citizens refuse LINKY. Those who have their conventional meters inside their homes pray that they do not break down. Those who have it outside have barricaded it. Many have had to fight, including physically, with hastily recruited and trained service providers (few of whom are electricians) and paid by the number of meters installed. Lawsuits are underway everywhere, but it is very slow.

Perhaps we have the great misfortune to have a smartmeter one of the most intrusive and harmful in the world. Enedis is trying to sell it to the Chinese - who would be interested!
